THINKING ABOUT BUILDING YOUR ANNE-X NEXT SUMMER?
IT IS TIME TO START PLANNING NOW!
Waiting for the perfect time to plan your ANNE-X? If you see yourself in your ANNE-X next summer, that time is now!
Fall and winter offer the perfect opportunity to get started on the planning phases for your ANNE-X.
The planning process typically takes approximately six months – occasionally a little longer if you have special site requirements, a highly customized project, or permit considerations. While the assembly of your ANNE-X takes only more or less a week, planning is essential and ensures you’re ready to start construction efficiently in 2021.
To support you in planning your project we’ve outlined five simple steps in the ANNE-XProcess, a seamless model to help guide you from the initial consultation through to assembly:
Initial discussions to confirm your vision, objective and budget, and to clarify associated efforts to complete your project. Therefore, we make a “rendez-vous” in our showroom in Tervuren.
We come over to your place and we start drawing your ANNE-X in 3D (500 euros + VAT). We confirm the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project. Review compliance, permitting requirements, and timeline with the local jurisdiction.
We will provide a set of documents describing our system. You can use these documents to coordinate with builders, apply for permits, and coordinate with other consultants.
Fabrication of your ANNE-X takes 2 months from the time of deposit. During this time your builder can prepare the site for the delivery of your ANNE-X – including site servicing and foundation work.
You, we or your builder assemble the ANNE-X, and then complete all other aspects of the project, including services, interior fit-out (you can shop on our website for nice furniture…), landscaping, etc.
Each step along the way includes a variety of individual planning, research, and development steps. Care in planning helps to ensure your project comes together behind the scenes as efficiently as it does when you start building on site!
